Meg Tuszynski is a research associate at the O’Neil Center for Global Markets and Freedom in the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She earned her M.A. in economics from George Mason University in 2015, and a dual B.A. in philosophy and economics from the same school in 2011. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in the economics department at George Mason University. Her current research focuses on the evolution of the demand for government programs. Her publications have appeared in Public Choice and the Journal of Value Inquiry.
